This particular recipe our husband’s favorite. My mom used to cook this using sap-sap (small-flat-silver fish) for my dad but I like to use pink salmon head for Marvin.
Pangat sa Calamansi
1 pc. pink salmon head, cleaned and chopped
juice of 8-12 pieces calamansi
1 medium sized onion, quartered
2 pcs ripe tomatoes , quartered
1 tbsp patis or fish sauce
salt to taste
1 cup water
- Put everything together in a pot.
- Simmer until the fish is cooked and tender.
- Serve with patis-mansi as dipping sauce.
